Other casino hotels always warmly welcome us back. ![]() He made no comment such as "glad you chose to stay with us" or something like that. While checking in, I told the desk clerk it was our first time staying there and I was excited to see the room. I have always wanted to stay here so decided to give it a chance. I received an email offer 3 day sale only half price rooms. I have some mobility problems so these things are a problem. Maybe we should have been offer a discount. I did notify the front dest about the room not being serviced and was told they would relay the message to the person that checked us in. When we tried to do the inroom checkout that was not available. Room was very dark even with the lighting. The room had no view, we looked at the back of their sign. They did bring up clean towels about 45 mininutes after my call. If that is now their poilcy we were not informed at checkin. I asked when they started that policy since we never had to do that before. I called housekeeping and was asked if I had called housekeeping to let them know we were leaving and needed the room serviced room. We came back after being out all day to an unmade bed and no clean towels. We stayed 2 nights and it was NOT a comped room. We've stayed there many times and enjoyed it, not so enjoyable this time.
